A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life
Something that I think you should know about me is that I am very passionate and loud about what I do and why I do it.
For over 20 years I have been helping pet owners who are struggling to come to terms with the death or loss of a companion animal. I am very vocal about how I feel that Pet Bereavement is just as valid as the bereavement felt when a human family member dies.
Something else that makes me who I am is that I am Autistic and also LGBTQIA+, the last part doesn’t affect my work, but it may help someone out there to feel more comfortable with seeking my support.
Being Autistic means that I may use fidget items during a session, such as a tangle or a gel ball. Using these items helps me to focus. I may also wear sunglasses as I am sensitive to lighting.
If you feel that you would benefit from using a fidget of your own, or there is an item you carry that helps keep you calm an focused then feel free to bring it along.
If you are coming to see me for Hypnotherapy, Single Session Therapy or Pet Bereavement counselling then comfort is the main thing. I can provide soft blankets or you can bring your own if you feel it would help you to relax.
I am here to help you to the best of my ability and training, and if i cannot help or do not know the answer then I will do all that I can to find someone who can.
I am a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and an Accredited Member of the Association of Pet Bereavement Counsellors.
Pet Bereavement Counselling can help you to untangle the thoughts, reminisce and talk freely about what happened with someone who is there to listen, no judgement, just a neutral ear.
Then Hypnotherapy may be of help to you. Replacing negative and limiting beliefs with positive ones to help you to achieve your goals.
Whatever you want support with, I am here to help. I also offer Past Life Regression and Child Hypnotherapy. Contact me today.
Single Session Therapy may be for you. Wouldn’t it be great to have a focused session where you leave with a goal and a direction? A direction and resolution that YOU uncovered.
Further sessions can be offered, but as the therapy name suggests, a Single Session is usually all you need. Call me on 07522202498 for a FREE 20 minute call to see if I am the right person to help you.

When a pet dies, we may worry we will forget the little things that made them special - their smell, their quirks, their favourite things. I wrote Story of the Greatest Companion That Ever Lived to help you record and cherish those precious memories.
This book is written by a pet lover for other pet lovers and is filled with features to help you reflect and remember your special companion. It includes:
Through these features, I hope to guide you through the journey of grief, healing, and remembrance. It’s a companion for anyone navigating the emotional challenges of losing a beloved animal.
I offer therapy sessions from a private office located at 92 Stand Lane, Radcliffe M26 1JU, a quiet and comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease. While this is my primary face-to-face location, I welcome clients from Bolton, Radcliffe, and surrounding areas.
For those who prefer or need more flexibility, I also provide telephone and online therapy sessions via Teams, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. This allows me to support clients across the UK, wherever you feel most comfortable.
If you're wondering whether pet bereavement counselling, hypnotherapy, or single-session therapy could help you, feel free to get in touch.
We can arrange an initial assessment to talk through what's been going on, explore whether therapy might be helpful for you, and see if I'm the right person to support you.
You can call me on 07522202498 to leave a message or speak with me directly. I'm happy to answer any questions about how I work or the types of issues I can help with before you book.
I respond to most enquiries within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential, using secure phone and email services.
