Back in 2001 I qualified as a Pet Bereavement Counsellor so that I could help pet owners like you, so that you wouldn’t have to go through your grief alone. I train veterinary staff to be the best they can be at that time also, because your experience matters and your pet mattered.
I qualified as a Hypnotherapist as part of a Level 5 Counselling and Psychotherapy Diploma I am doing. I want to be able to help more people with whatever issue they may be having.
I trained in Single Session Therapy with Professor Windy Dryden, a name well known in therapy circles.Single Session Therapy is a help at the point of need therapy, sometimes we can’t wait 6 weeks or more, we need help now. With SST you are offered an appointment within a day where possible, we focus on an issue you have and together we get to the root and you find the direction you need. Further sessions can be offered but as the therapy name suggests, one session is usually enough.
I am dedicated to my career and put a lot of effort and time into making sure that you are supported. I want to be of help and provide a listening ear and give you tools to help you well into your future.
I am a Registrant Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and an Accredited Member of the Association of Pet Bereavement Counsellors, so you can be assured that I follow the ethics and guidelines of each membership to make sure I provide the best support I can.
There are many therapists out there, and all have their strengths and niches. The decision to book session(s) with me all depends on how well you think I can help you.
You, the person reading this are reading because you are wanting help, you need support and are looking for someone who knows something about your issue and wants to help you with it.
You’re one of or a combination of the following:
Sound familiar?
Well luckily Single Session therapy is available with 24hrs notice within the working hours and subject to room availability. Online sessions can be offered within 24hrs. If any of the above sounds like you, then please contact me for a chat.
I am the LAST person to do a sales pitch, I want you to WANT to choose my service because you believe I can help or put you in touch with someone who can. I want you to want to try and see what positive outcomes we can create. We’ll get through it, whatever IT is. Together.
Pet Bereavement Counselling can be long or short term, depends on you and what you need. Appointments are on a as needed basis. If you need me, I’m here.
Hypnotherapy only works when you WANT to make a difference. If you are unsure or cannot see the potential for change then it won’t make much if any difference to your situation.
If you want to make a difference, if you want to change your mindset and behaviours then there is no reason why you wouldn’t see a change. However, it would be false and unethical of me to say that I can DEFINATELY 100% solve your issue, no one can guarantee 100% success because everyone is different and it doesn’t work that way.
Does that mean that Hypnotherapy doesn’t work? No. It can, and it could, but it all depends on you and how open minded you are to change and wanting to put the work in.
